Ingredients
2eggs
2ouncescream cheese
1 1/2teaspoonsFrench vanillaTorani sugar free
2tablespoonsfed butterKerrygold - grass
1tablespoonErythritol
Cinnamon
Instructions
Blend the eggs, cream cheese, and Torani in a blender until smooth.
Set aside.
Heat 1 tablespoon butter in the pan until melted.
Pour in 1/3 of the egg mixture.
Cook until golden on the bottom but still creamy on the top.
Sprinkle with a little Erythritol and cinnamon.
Gently roll up and slide onto the plate.
Repeat twice more.
Add the remaining butter to the top and sprinkle with a little more Erythritol and cinnamon.
