4ounceszucchinithinly sliced vertically with a vegetable peeler
1tablespoonolive oil
1tablespoonchopped olives
1tablespoonParmesan
1/4teaspooncracked black pepper
1/4to 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt to taste
