2cupsromaine
2slicesturkey breastabout 3 ounces
2slicespastramiabout 2 ounces - lean
5pepperonirounds of
1ounceprovolone or cheddar
2tablespoonsonionchopped
1tablespoonpeperoncinisliced
2tablespoonsred wine vinegar
1tablespoonolive oila good one
1tablespoonfresh basil or 1 teaspoon dried
1/2teaspoondried oregeno
1/4teaspoongarlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Tear the romaine into small, bite sized pieces.
Cut the meat into strips.
Shred the cheese.
Whisk the vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, and seasonings together with a fork until well blended.
