Ingredients

tablespoon
olive oil

ounces
beef mix
ground

tablespoon
jalapeno
diced

tablespoon
onion
diced
1
tablespoon
bell pepper
diced

tablespoon
ripe olives
sliced

salsa
hot chunky

tablespoons
cilantro
fresh and chopped
garlic powder
a pinch of
onion powder
a pinch of
salt
a pinch of

eggs

ounces
pepperjack cheese
shredded
paprika
Smoked - for garnish
Instructions
Cook the beef in the olive oil.
Remove from the pan and set aside.
Add the jalapeno, onion, olives, and bell pepper to the pan and saute until tender but not mushy.
Add the beef back into the pan.
Whisk the eggs, garlic, onion, salt, pepper, and salsa together until well mixed and pour into the pan.
Add cilantro.
Stir until the eggs are done to your liking.
Serve dusted with the smoked paprika.
