Ingredients
3ouncesVodka
1ounceSugar free coconut syrupI use Torani
1/2ounceSugar free blue raspberry syrupI use Torani
1/2ouncelime juice
Fleur de Sel for garnish
Lime slices for garnish
Crushed ice
4ouncesSugar free lemon lime sodaAdd more as desired
Instructions
Rub egg white around the top of a glass and roll in sea salt crystals to cover the rim.
Run about 2 cups of ice through the blender to make it like a snow cone.
Scoop the ice into the glass and set aside.
Fill a shaker with ice.
Add the vodka, coconut syrup, blue raspberry syrup, and the juice from half the lime.
Shake until very cold and pour into prepared glass.
Top with sugar free lemon lime sodaand garnish with a lime wheel.
Notes
Make this a "virgin" drink by omitted the vodka and using more of the lemon lime soda.
