1/4cupalmond flour
2tablespoonshemp hearts
1tablespoonchocolate protein powder
1tablespoonsugar free sweetener
1teaspooncinnamon
1teaspoonginger
1/2teaspooncloves
1/2teaspoonbaking powder
1/8teaspoonchipotle powder or 1/4 teaspoon hot saucetrust me
Pinch baking soda
Pinch of cream of tartar
2tablespoonscoldstrong as possible, black coffee
2tablespoonsmelted butter
1/4teaspoonunsulphered molasses
10drops vanilla stevia liquid
1egg
Instructions
Spray the inside of a mug with nonstick spray.
Mix the dry ingredients together.
Mix the coffee, butter, and molasses together.
Beat the egg and stevia liquid and mix in to the butter mixture.
Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until well blended.
Spoon into the mug and microwave for 40 to 60 seconds.
It may take some practice to know exactly how long to bake it in your particular microwave.
